   Hey man, this is Death Cab. I left a comment at http://unknownmods.wordpress.com/2008/12/19/halo-ce-alldev/#comment-77. You responded to this as follows:

   Try going to your desktop, right clicking your halo icon. Going to the shortcut tab and at the end of the “target” box type a space after the last ” and then -console. Hit ok and then run halo and try to hit ~ or `”

   I did indeed do as you said and BEHOLD, I can get the console up on an internet multiplayer game! However, when I attempt to turn on any cheats such as “cheat_all_weapons”, I enter this into the console and the console comes back saying the requested function cannot be executed now.

   WHAT AM I DOING WRONG NOW?!?!

   Try running it as an administrator and take into mind that cheat codes (devmode) wont work in multiplayer unless you are hosting the server.
