This nifty program can instantly switch you to 3rd person where you can then edit with the numb pad: Field of View (FOV), Angle and more!

Program can be started before or after halo custom edition and controls can be edited during or before game play. Very Flexible and by far my favorite fly/devmode cam around.

This program by bitterbanana makes devmode and console easy to access and use without learning how to add -console and -devmode to your shortcuts every time you want to use it. This program also makes it so that you can use devmode in normal multiplayer. Just hit pageup in game and console and devmode auto enable.
